STTOKE
Australian creator sourcing and campaign management for STTOKE.
STTOKE partnered with All Present House to source and manage its Australian creators for a new round of short-form content, designed for its paid and organic social.
The focus was on finding creators who could demonstrate the product naturally on camera, while giving STTOKE a variety of content styles and openings to test.

04 / The brief
More creator content, with more to test.
STTOKE was looking to build a new collection of UGC videos that demonstrated what makes its reusable cups different, from taste and temperature retention to portability and everyday use.
The videos needed to feel natural to social platforms while still communicating a clear product benefit.
05 / Our approach
Finding the right creators for each brief.
Rather than selecting creators solely by their audience size or aesthetic, we looked at their content style, confidence on camera and ability to communicate a product benefit naturally.
We started with creators already connected to All Present House, alongside ongoing scouting for additional talent.
Each creator was considered against the content required, with STTOKE involved in reviewing and approving the shortlist.
01
Creator sourcing & casting
We sourced Australian creators with different filming styles and on-camera strengths, then put together a shortlist for STTOKE to review.
02
Matching creators to content
The campaign included a range of product demonstrations and everyday lifestyle scenarios. We worked through the briefs to identify which creators would be best suited to each concept.
03
Outreach & negotiations
We managed creator outreach, interest, rates and collaboration arrangements, including the mix of paid and gifted opportunities.
04
Briefs & coordination
We prepared the creator-facing briefs, coordinated confirmations and agreements, and managed communication as creators moved into production.
06 / The creative direction
Different creators. Different ways to show the product.
Working from STTOKE’s campaign concepts, the content explores several ways of introducing the product.
Product demonstrations
Showing practical features through simple, on-camera examples rather than lengthy explanations.
Everyday routines
Introducing STTOKE through familiar settings such as morning coffee, commuting and the working day.
Creative variations
Using alternative video openings to test how different approaches communicate the same product benefit.
The aim is to create a collection of content that STTOKE can test, learn from and continue using beyond a single promotional period.
07 / Our role
Our role
APH manages the creator side of the campaign, from sourcing and shortlisting through to outreach, rates, agreements, creator-facing briefs and delivery coordination.
The result is a coordinated process that allows the brand to stay involved in the creative and talent decisions without managing every creator conversation individually.
08 / Campaign progress
Currently in production.
Creator selection, onboarding and production coordination are underway.
The campaign is planned to deliver a range of short-form videos with alternative openings for creative testing.
